In Spring 2017, a group of artists, designers, architects, scholars, farmers, technologists, climatologists, chefs, restaurant owners, students and economists met for a weekend at ITP at NYU to begin to collectively build a working and workable map connecting issues around the food system, and new interventions to not only mitigate for climate change but also offer new ways of thinking about eating, supply chains and food distribution.

The project is housed at the Institute for Public Knowledge at NYU.
